Warranty, Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation before shipment

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team help@tressmart.com or call us on +91 8267030020. (9am - 6pm)

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Cancellation post shipment

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on help@tressmart.com or call us on +91 8267030020. (9am - 6pm)

  • In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
  • Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours. We have to mention here about wear and tear charges, shipping charges, return expenses, etc.

 

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

How do I return an item purchased on Glow by Tressmart?

You can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 3 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order.

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (help@tressmart.com) within 5 business days of receiving the order.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference. Incase the order/product is recieved in a damaged condition, we would require a video of package unboxing as evidence.
  • Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

 

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a refund through Glow by Tressmart coupons, which can be used during future purchases. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. 

 

What if I used discount vouchers during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. 

 

Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?

Which are the items eligible be returned & exchanged?

Returns are accepted only in the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defect in the product/s (within the warranty period)
  • Delivery of product/s in damaged condition (applicable incase request is initiated within 3 business days of order delivery)
  • Delivery of a defective or malfunctioning product/s (applicable incase request is initiated within 3 business days of order delivery)
  • Delivery of a product which is different to what was displayed on the digital platform (applicable incase request is initiated within 3 business days of order delivery)

    Which are the items that cannot be returned & exchanged?

    Consecutively, Returns are not accepted in the following conditions:

    • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
    • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
    • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
    • Product is used or altered
    • If request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery
    • Free product provided by brand
    • Electronic products / Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues
    • Consumables (e.g health supplements, pills, baby products)
    • Sanitary pads and Diapers - Products should not be used, washed or dirty, The product must also be in its original box/packaging with all tags attached, to be eligible for returns.
    • Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty

     

    Categories not eligible for Return:

    • includes Hair Tools, Hair Accessories, Face Tools & Body Tools and other tools & accessories belonging to the personal care category
    • Edible products
    • Other items belonging to the Personal Care Category
    • DAFNI Brushes
    • MakeUp Eraser Products
    • STYLPRO Products
    • STYLSMILE Products

    *Please note: In case of manufacturing defects, we might connect you directly to the brand for exchanges & replacements since manufacturing defects are out of our control. In such cases, refund will be given by the brands directly.

    I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

    Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation.

    • If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/replacement within 3 days of receiving the order:
    • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (help@tressmart.com) within 3 business days of receiving the order.
    • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference. Incase the order/product is recieved in a damaged condition, we would require a video of package unboxing as evidence.

    Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

    Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

     

    Can I return part of my order?

    Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

    In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. 

    DAFNI come to you with a 12 month repair/replacement warranty in case of defects. If your product becomes defective due to faulty material or workmanship within a period of 1 year from the date of purchase please contact us and we shall initiate a return and replacement. 

    Please note- we do not have a refund policy on Personal Care Appliances.

    DAFNI Warranty details:

    • For warranty claims you will need to submit a proof of purchase in the form of purchase details.
    • This warranty does not apply to accessories supplied with the product.
    • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.
    • Replacement products will be covered by a limited warranty for the balance of the warranty period from the date of the original purchase.

    DAFNI Warranty is void if:

    • If the unit has been dropped, damaged or dropped in water.
    • If any part of the unit has been opened or repaired or altered or tampered with.
    • The product has been used for trade, industrial, professional or hire purposes or any other uses.
    • The product has sustained damage through foreign objects, substances or accident.

    NOTE- This warranty is not assignable; products purchased through secondhand sources are not warrantied by DAFNI. DAFNI only warranties items sold by authorised retailers and distributors.

    Other Personal Care Appliances are covered under the Seller/Manufacturer's warranty. In such a case will re-direct to the concerned brand/manufacturer for warranty claims.

    STYLPRO & STYLSMILE come to you with a 12 month replacement warranty in case of defects. If your product becomes defective due to faulty material or workmanship within a period of 1 year from the date of purchase please contact us and we shall initiate a return and replacement. 

    Please Note, your warranty is void if:

    • If the unit has been dropped, damaged or dropped in water.
    • If any part of the unit has been opened or repaired or altered or tampered with.

    How do I claim warranty of DAFNI, STYLPRO & STYLSMILE purchased from from authorised retailers and distributors?

    You can raise the warranty claim of the product within 12 months of its delivery. 

    • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (help@tressmart.com).
    • Step 2: Provide us with the proof of purchase along an image of the product and details on the defect.
    • Step 3: Customer is then required to ship us the defective unit and share the tracking details with us
    • Step 4: Technical team will then inspect the product after receiving it and ship the replacement within 48 hours working hours. The replacement tracking will then by shared via email.

     

    Other Personal Care Appliances are covered under the Seller/Manufacturer's warranty. In such a case will re-direct to the concerned brand/manufacturer for warranty claims.

    Please note- we do not have a refund policy on Personal Care Appliances.
